Excerpt : Alan Stivell created a huge international sensation with the release of his ground-breaking recording in 1971 called “The Renaissance of the Celtic Harp”, which won one of the most famous awards in France, the prize of the Académie Charles Cros. (…) Forty years on, and to celebrate the Celtic Harp, Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias is delighted to invite the main architect of interest in the Celtic Harp to give a talk and performance during the Welsh international Harp Festival of Caernarfon.
