Hans-Gert Pöttering et par le président de l'intergroupe Minorités et régions constitutuionnelles. du livre de Madame Katalin Szili : "The international legal sources of national and ethnic minority rights". Ces interventions au plus haut niveau du Parlement européen sont importantes : - le Président du Parlement souligne en particulier l'impératif de reconnaître le droit effectif à l'enseignement dans sa langue propre et d'affiner et de mettre en oeuvre les différents droits dans tous les pays de' l'Union, - le président de l'intergroupe note en particulier que des pays comme la France ou la Grèce ne pourraient pas aujourd'hui adhérer à l'Union européenne.

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to thank you all, who attended the book presentation event last week, where the President of the EP, Mr. Hans-Gert Pöttering, and the speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly, Mrs Katalin Szili presented the book titled "The international legal sources of national and ethnic minority rights".

I send you attached the speech of Mr. Pöttering, which I believe was remarkably positive to our common cause and reinforced the Intergroup's important role in the European Parliament. I also send you attached my speaking notes for your kind information.
