What steps are the Manx government taking to tackle domestic abuse the Chief Minister has been asked.
"Dear Chief Minister,
In his witness statement to the Child Care Enquiry former Chief Constable Michael Culverhouse said:
"The level and extent of domestic abuse on the Isle of Man is of major concern to many Government Departments and voluntary agencies (Page 8)."
Can you advise what specific steps the Isle of Man government have taken to address this problem and also if "level and extent of domestic abuse on the Isle of Man" is still at such a level as to cause "major concern".
Yours faithfully,"
