Paris: on 14th December 2006 Press Release from: ABP

“French justice has turned crazy”, Denis Seznec said.

These are the words used by Denis Seznec on 14th December when he came out from the Paris Supreme Court of Appeal.

The Court had pronounced its definitive verdict on the Seznec case. The verdict, which was very disappointing, was pronounced after two hours debate against Guillaume Seznec's rehabilitation.

Denis Seznec explained how he felt, to the large audience as well as to French and international media. He expressed how dissatisfied he was and accused French justice to be « irresponsible and deluding ».

He then added that « Justice is not only deaf but crazy!” However, ABP had talked to him the day before on the phone and Denis Seznec said that he was confident that the verdict would be positive.

Denis Seznec was accompanied by Patrick Dils (see picture: French article) and by those that were accused in the d'Outreau case.

He left the Paris Court of Justice with applause from the audience, the Gwen ha Du, Tri Yann to the rhythm of the biniou and the bombarde.

The battle has not been lost yet, since Guillaume Seznec's grandson will appeal to the European Commission.
