NEWS FROM THE CELTIC LEAGUE The Cornish Branch of the Celtic League is pursuing impact assessments relating to the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities which was recently extended to Cornwall. This latest report from Michael Chappell Convenor CL Cornwall: ?The Kernow Branch has had a reply back from Cornwall Council which is below. The Branch and partners it has shared the information with will now take time to consider each response and to take best advantage for the sake of Cornwall. The Kernow Branch will send for more Impact Assessments in due course including from the Westminster departments, agencies and quangos which impact on the Duchy.
